Not all hazy IPA's are brewed alike, and in the endless pursuit of innovation and exploration for making great craft beer, we're diving into four unique methods of brewing this popular style to showcase what makes each one different from the next.
In this release, we've brewed a classic Hazy IPA using flaked barley, wheat & oats, American Simcoe and Australian Galaxy hops. In the dry hop, we used a blend of Simcoe, Galaxy, and Strata hops to give this beer aromas of tropical fruit, berries, and stone fruit.
