How do I sign up for the New Realm Brewing Co. Loyalty Program?
You can create an account at newrealmbrewing.appfront.ai or download our app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
What is the name of the app?
You can find the app by searching for New Realm Brewing in your favorite app store.
Is there a minimum age requirement to join the New Realm Loyalty program?
Yes, you must be 21 years old to participate in the program.
Can I trade points for cash?
Points are not redeemable for cash.
Does it cost anything to join the New Realm Loyalty Program?
Membership is completely FREE! Join the club and start earning rewards instantly. It’s easy to join, just fill out a simple form in the App and Online and you are in!
Why do I need to supply my name, email address and phone number to join the club?
We want to make sure that we don’t accidentally give multiple people access to the same account, so we require your name, email and phone number. Emails will be sent to you to tell you about special offers, rewards that you’ve received or other Members-only-activities.
Can I redeem my rewards both in-house and for takeout or delivery?
When you use the app to place a takeout order it will allow you to redeem your rewards when checking out. You cannot redeem rewards for delivery orders through DoorDash.
Are employees eligible for rewards?
Employees are not eligible for the New Realm rewards program.
I forgot to apply a meal to my New Realm Rewards account. How do I get points?
You have to present your email, name or phone number to your server before you pay your tab to receive points.
How does New Realm Brewing Co. use my information?

What happens to the rewards I already have?
Nothing! Your existing points and rewards stay with you, and you can continue to redeem them. You’ll also be placed into the appropriate tier based on your qualifying spend this year.
Do I need to sign up again?
No! Existing memberships carry over automatically. Just keep coming back and earning.
What makes the new program better?
The more you visit, the more you earn! As you level up through the tiers, you’ll unlock even more perks, including exclusive rewards for takeout, birthdays, referrals, and more.
