A native of Virginia, Chef Jason Congleton has spent over 25 years opening and cooking in kitchens in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and here in Coastal Virginia planning menus for members of A – List sports teams, music & entertainment, and large scale private VIP events. Chef Jason graduated from Johnson & Wales University, and has studied at the Culinary Institute of America recently as one of 18 Chef’s chosen from across the country to be a part of their Culinary Excellence and Innovation Program. He also volunteers as a U.S. based Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, to help others in the hospitality industry with Mental Health challenges.
