Our most popular beer is brewed with barley malt, wheat and oats and undergoes 2 dry hops with El Dorado, Azacca and Idaho 7 hops to provide tons of orange juice, tangerine and pineapple hop flavors, along with a very soft flavor profile from the malts and water used to brew With a bit of brewers' magic, we gave this beer a very soft and smooth mouthfeel with low perceived hop bitterness. Hazy Like a Fox was double dry-hopped, once during fermentation to give it huge orange juicy character and again post-fermentation to derive intense hop aromatics.

This Belgian-style Hibiscus ale is brewed with hibiscus flowers, rose hips and lemon peel. Its hibiscus addition gives the beer a cheerful pink-crimson hue, a pleasing tartness, plus a floral, raspberry character. Originally called "Kitsy Rose," this beer began as a small batch beer brewed in celebration of one of our dearest partners and co-conspirators, THE Kitsy Rose of Kitsy Rose PR.
