Rad Scientist Experimental West Coast IPA

Rad Scientist is an experimental West Coast IPA brewed with pale malt and wheat malt. Our scientists dry hopped this creation with new YCH experimental cryohop dubbed MangoPop which provides a totally tropical hop aromatic combined with the citrus and peachy flavors from the Lotus and Amarillo hops. This beer also uses a brand new yeast strain with enhanced diacetyl reduction properties which should result in an experimentally clean beer.
