New Realm Brewing at Auburn is a 7-barrel brewhouse serving beer produced on-premise as well as canned and draft beer from New Realm’s award winning selection. Six taps are dedicated to beer made specifically for this location and are connected directly to the serving tanks in the brewhouse, giving you the freshest beer one could ever get!

Meet Drew: Head Brewer & GM

New Realm is thrilled to be partnering with Auburn University both in the taproom and in the classroom. New Realm will provide Auburn students with hands-on training in the brewhouse as well as the taproom; additionally, Head Brewer Drew Kostic will also be teaching and conducting research at the Auburn University Brewing Sciences and Brewery Operations school as an affiliated professor alongside numerous New Realm team members who will be guest lecturers on a variety of topics including brewing, distilling, recipe development, and supply chain management.
