Chef Joshua joins NRB with 21 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Culinary Consultant, Corporate Executive Chef, and a Food and Nutrition Director. Chef Cain has been a staple in the culinary scene in Charleston for over a decade and has lead restaurants/companies such as Fulton Five, Pingo Restaurant group, Swing and Swine BBQ, and Roper St. Frances Hospital. Chefs’ deep knowledge of the Charleston market and connections with the community will add to the incredible momentum our created this year.
